These terms set out what EUVI is, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

01Who we are and these terms

EUVI is provided by Pergunte à Memória, Lda., NIF 519211499, with registered office at Rua Carlos José Barreiros, n.º 17, 3.º, Arroios, 1000-087 Lisboa, Portugal (“EUVI”, “we”, “us”).

These terms apply to the euvi.ai website and the EUVI application. By creating an account or using EUVI on behalf of a company, you accept them for yourself and confirm that you are authorised to accept them for that company (“you”). EUVI is a service for businesses and professionals, not for consumers.

02What EUVI does

EUVI reads public sources such as Diário da República, public procurement portals and funding programmes, combines them with the information you give us about your company, and shows which legal obligations, deadlines, legislative changes, tenders and funding opportunities may be relevant to you.

03Not legal, tax or financial advice

EUVI provides general information to help you organise your work. It is not legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and it does not replace a lawyer, solicitor, certified accountant or other professional. EUVI does not perform acts reserved to lawyers and solicitors under Portuguese Law n.º 49/2004.

Assessments depend on the public sources available and on the accuracy of the information you provide. You remain responsible for your company's compliance, filings, payments and applications, and should confirm anything important against the official source or with a professional.

04Early access

EUVI is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. No fees are charged during early access unless agreed in writing. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and conditions in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.

05Accounts and workspaces

  • Accurate informationKeep your account and company details accurate and up to date.
  • AccessKeep access to your email account secure, since sign-in codes are sent there. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • Your teamYou are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and what they do in it.

06Your data

You keep all rights to the information and documents you put into EUVI. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm you have the right to share them with us.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Where we process personal data on your behalf, a data processing agreement is available on request.

07Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the serviceUse EUVI for anything unlawful, or to harm, mislead or harass others.
  • Extract itScrape, copy or resell EUVI's content or analysis, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Break itProbe, overload or bypass the security of EUVI, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

08Our intellectual property

EUVI, including its software, rulebook, analysis, design and brand, belongs to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use EUVI for your company's internal purposes while your account is active, and no other rights. Official publications remain subject to their own terms.

09Third-party sources

EUVI links to and summarises official websites and documents that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or changes, and the official publication prevails over any summary in EUVI.

10Liability

EUVI is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deadlines, fines, penalties, lost opportunities, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability under these terms in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in that period and €100.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Portuguese law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11Suspension and termination

You can stop using EUVI and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, puts the service or other users at risk, or when we discontinue the service, giving notice where reasonably possible. On closure, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the application at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use EUVI after that means you accept the new terms.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute will be settled by the courts of the district of Lisbon, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
