03Public sources

EUVI reads official publications such as Diário da República, Assembleia da República, EUR-Lex, BASE, TED and public funding programmes. Some of these publications name people, for example the signatories of an act or the parties to a public contract. We process that information only as it is published, to show you legislation and opportunities relevant to your company.

  • To meet legal obligationsKeeping records required by Portuguese tax and accounting law, and answering lawful requests from authorities (art. 6(1)(c)).

05Automated processing and AI

EUVI uses automated rules and AI models to read publications and documents, classify them, and assess which obligations and opportunities apply to your company. These assessments describe your company's situation and are always shown with their reasons, so you can check and correct them. They do not produce legal effects on you as a person within the meaning of GDPR art. 22.

AI processing is carried out by specialised providers acting on our instructions, under terms that do not allow them to use your data to train their models.

06Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under data processing agreements, in these categories: cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, AI processing, and error monitoring.

People you invite to your workspace see that workspace's data. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to a buyer if EUVI's business is transferred, under the same protections.

07International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where they do, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

08How long we keep it

  • WaitlistUntil we invite you or you ask to be removed.
  • Account, company profile and documentsFor as long as your account is active. When you close it, we delete or anonymise them within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.

  • Billing recordsFor the period required by Portuguese tax law, if and when paid plans exist.

You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (cnpd.pt).

10Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The EUVI application uses only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember where you are in onboarding. These do not need consent and are removed when you sign out or they expire.

11Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is limited to the people who need it, and database access is restricted by role. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

12Changes to this policy
